How to request a refund
You have two options — whichever is easier for you:
- Email us: [email protected] — just say you'd like a refund and include the email address you subscribed with. We'll take care of it within one business day.
- Paddle billing portal: You can manage your subscription and request refunds directly at any time through the Paddle customer portal — no email needed. The link is in every receipt Paddle sends you.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
After 14 days
After the 14-day window, refunds are handled case by case. If something went wrong — a billing error, a charge you didn't expect, or a technical issue that stopped the extension from working — reach out and we'll make it right. Email [email protected] with the details.
Cancellation vs. refund
Cancellation and refunds are separate things. If you cancel your subscription, you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the billing period you already paid for — then your account drops back to Free automatically. You don't need to request a refund just to cancel; cancellation alone stops future charges.
If you want your money back for the current period, that's a refund request — use the steps above.
Credit top-up packs
Top-up packs ($3.49 / 500 credits) are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used. If you purchased a top-up and haven't used any credits yet, contact us within 7 days and we'll sort it out.
Founding Member (one-time purchase)
The Founding Member offer is a one-time lifetime purchase. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, same as subscriptions. After 14 days, contact us and we'll review it case by case.
